It's hard to work in a place where most employees doesn't like the management. Stressful and no peace at all. Sad to know that by the end of this year one my buddy mate will resign, this is not the plan we want to be. But the sudden decision was made quickly last Saturday, as she wanted to end up early her working contract. Sad but this is the reality. Before 2009 ends two of them will be out from the company where i am working, they will find another opportunity outside.

I am pretty sure they can have it by grace. As we believed everything happens for a reason. Hope for the best of everything!
