When i was working before way back just last January 2010. Our company order goods from other foreign countries. That time i am incharge of receiving the goods and check each item. I noticed that those heavy trucks that are used for transporting our prodcuts from the port area used grade 70 transport chain as they also have back-up tools incase of trucks failure.

I talked to one of the drivers and he told me that they even have trailer tie downs and a turnbuckles to be ready.
